Hinkle: "You just ruined me."

by Dick Mac

When a politician is virulently anti-gay and sponsors anti-gay legislation, two things are almost always certain:

1. The elected official is a repressed and/or closeted homosexual; and

2. The elected official passes himself off as a "conservative" with strong "family values" and a love and fear of "God."

Indiana State Rep. Phillip Hinkle (R-92) is the latest god-fearing, homo-hating, family-values cocksucker to get caught-up in a sex scandal, when he offered to pay an 18-year-old boy for sex in a hotel.

The story is as bizarre and convoluted as you'd imagine, with everyone accusing the other of lies, lies, and more lies.

This was another craigslist.org romance where Hinkle is alleged to have contacted 18-year-old Camryn Gibson via email. Their communications were vague and cryptic enough that it's possible to conclude they weren't talking about sex. If you come to that conclusion, however, I question your mental faculties.

The alleged about-to-be tryst took place in a hotel room, and it seems Hinkle thought he could get the upper hand in negotiations by positioning himself as an authority figure. This frightened Gibson, who called his sister for help or guidance.

One thing led to another and nobody got sex and nobody got money, but Hinkle's family was informed of the mess, and it was delivered to the press.

Perhaps Hinkle had honorable reasons for needing "a couple hours of your time tonight" with a tip "for a really good time."

Break out the cribbage board, Helen, we're gonna have a humdinger of a really good time tonight down at the airport motel.

Hinkle maintains that he is being blackmailed. Given his need to denigrate homosexuals and keep them from enjoying the quality of life afforded all Americans, it appears that Hinkle is just one more in a long string of repressed cocksuckers clinging to the lies of "conservatism" so he doesn't have to accept reality.

There is nothing wrong with being a cocksucker, and there's nothing wrong with wanting to keep that information private; but, when you build a career on the backs and misery of other cocksuckers then you deserve to be treated as unfairly as you've treated them.

Next time you see a politician of any stripe promoting anti-gay legislation, just imagine him on his knees in a motel room serving his constituency the way he likes best.

Sorta sad; but, not really.

Whores of Babylon or Life Imitating Art?

Pope Benedict - a pimp's main prophet and profitby Al Falafal

News out of the Vatican brings the "shocking" expose of a huge male prostitution ring being operated by top aides to the highest holy homophobe, Pope Ratzinger Benedict. The only thing shocking, really, is that it actually made the news. Did anyone actually expect that Ratzinger, the aging unreformed brownshirt, would rely on common Italian pimps to secure his boy sex slaves?

Where do I get these images that come to mind of wild Papal orgies involving sex, blood and torture in splendiferous settings - right under the nose of Michelangelo's magnificent paintings and sculptures, between the Bernini Columns involving Powerful Nazi perverts?

Oh yeah! Right out of the great Pier Paolo Pasolini's final oeuvre, "SALO: 120 Days of Sodom."

Perhaps the best, most accurate review of the "Ratzinger Sex Fantasy Film" comes from the Cinema Snob and is worth a look today...

Governor Spitzer

The playwright Robert Patrick wrote: "Old hookers never die, they just start buying it back." (The Family Bar, 1979)

I sometimes wonder what happens to old johns?

Prostitution is called "the world's oldest profession," and I believe that is an accurate assessment. Men want sex and there is always someone willing to supply it, for a price. I see nothing wrong with this arrangement and I will always be appalled that prostitution is illegal.

William Shakespeare wrote: "The lady doth protest too much, methinks." (Hamlet, Act 3, scene 2)

When an elected official rails against a particular morals issue like, say, prostitution, you can be pretty certain that this elected official is engaged in breaking the moral code he is discussing like, say, prostitution.

Earlier in his career, while busting billionaires on Wall Street, Spitzer railed against the high-end prostitution services that supplied sex to Wall Street denizens. I didn't see the red flag at that time, and I am pretty good about catching these things; and come to find out, the good Mr. Spitzer was using (or was to come to use) these same services.

Governor Spitzer has been caught with his pants down, so to speak, and has had to publicly apologize for his derelictions. With wife by his side, humiliated as the wives of men like Spitzer are meant to be, Spitzer apologized. But it didn't seem sincere. He didn't even bother to shave. He didn't even sound contrite. He sounded like a hypocritical politician trying to save his own ass at the expense of the women in his life: wife, hookers, aides, and family members.

What will he do next?

Perhaps Spitzer can now become a spokesperson for the needs and protection of prostitutes and an advocate for the decriminalization of prostitution. Probably not. though. He doesn't seem that imaginative, creative or interesting.

I guess I'd rather my tax dollars be spent on hookers than weapons!

Good-bye, Governor. I hope you spend a moment doing some soul-searching and try to find a way to help someone besides yourself for a moment during the rest of your life.

Perhaps you could ensure a pension for old hookers so that they have a little money in their pockets when they have to start buying it all back!

Tax Rebate

Over heard on the Internet

President Bush said each of us will get a $300 tax rebate. If you spend that money at Wal Mart, all the money will go to China; if you spend it on gasoline it will go to the Arabs. Such spending will not help the American economy.

We need to keep that money working to help the economy here in America. We can do that by drinking domestic brands of beer or spending it on local prostitution, two of the few businesses still owned and operated by US citizens.

Be patriotic! Do your share!
