A Job Well Done in Afghanistan

We are spreading freedom in Afghanistan, Republican-style: You follow our religion, or we kill you!

Our war against terror is supporting a theocratic regime in Kabul that kills any citizen who refuses to be a Muslim. Is that freedom? Democracy? What exactly have we done for the Afghani people?

These sentences were being spread by AP yesterday (so it must be true):
Abdul Rahman, 41, has been charged with rejecting Islam, a crime under this country's Islamic laws. His trial started last week and he confessed to becoming a Christian 16 years ago. If convicted, he could be executed.

Good work, America! Let's keep spreading freedom and democracy! We may be losing Iraq, but we've won Afghanistan! Soon every nation will be a theocracy!
