After-Christmas Shopping

I will never understand why non-religious people celebrate Christmas on December Twenty-Fifth. The cost of everything is lower beginning the day after Christmas, so if you are not really celebrating the birth of Christ but are simply indulging in the vulgarity of unbridled consumerism, then wait a day and shop the real sales.

Then the question becomes: Where should I shop?

I always recommend shopping with companies that support Democratic candidates. provides a wealth of information about how companies spend their political dollars.

This list below is gleaned from a search I made of all companies who gave 100% of their political contributions to Democrats. If you follow the link you can find more information about these companies' business practices.
