by Dick MacCindy Jasmin, a suspect in the hit-and-run of Erinn Phelan and Alma Guerrero on Flatbush Avenue broke her silence yesterday and publicly explained that her sister was driving her car and is responsible for the crime.
Frances Jasmin will speak to police when she is released from the psychiatric hospital where she has been hospitalized since suffering a mental breakdown after her crime.
I hope that justice will be served.
