In the United States, we only give money to the wealthy, and lots of it. The wealthier you are, the more tax dollars you get. In America we have socialism for the super-rich and free-enterprise for the rest of us.
Kuwait and its good friend Saudi Arabia fund a lot of terrorism. Oddly, unlike the United States, those terrorists support their citizens while working Americans are expected to support America's rich.
You can de-fund both the Saudi/Kuaiti cartel and the Texan terrorists. Next time you buy gasoline, remember what you are supporting. Take that opportunity to disarm terror and refuse to purchase oil from the Middle East, buy Citgo!

Oil-rich Kuwait gives citizens 690 dollars each

The one million citizens of Kuwait, where government financial assets have topped 166 billion dollars, are to receive a grant of 200 dinars (690 dollars) each, the government has announced.
