The biggest failure of Reagonmics, supply-side economics, the re-engineered workplace, and globalization is not the disappointment that prices have gone up instead of down, it is the shameful exploitation of pro-business legislation that allows your employer to simply pack-up and move offshore (taking your job with him) while still enjoying all the tax and business benefits of being a US corporation.
I don't care what the corporate apologists will say about this trend, it is wrong.
These companies give NOTHING back to America, while taking everything they can get!
Lou Dobbs of CNN has distributed a list of companies outsourcing American jobs.
Next time you are doing business with one of these companies, tell the representative that you know they ship American jobs off-shore and you do not like it.

We all do some business with some of these corporations. It probably seems impossible to avoid them all. What is important is that you take SOME action, ANY action. Pick one of the companies and refuse to do business with them. Write them and tell them why. Then call your elected officials and tell their office that you want NO government contracts, tax dollars, tax breaks, or grants to go to that company, ever.
Talk to your friends and family about this list. Spread the list around and tell people that these are the companies destroying the American dream by pushing unemployment to all-time highs.
Peace.
