Now it comes to light that Clinton was on the board of the most despicable of all American corporations!
"That was a long time ago," she said recently when asked if she had done anything about the company's health care policies while she served on its board.
That comment was met with disbelief from Jonathan Tasini, a longtime labor organizer mounting a longshot challenge to Clinton in New York's Democratic Senate primary.
"Voters would find it a strained argument to believe that the senator who prides herself on intelligence and knowledge of detail can't recall any details in this case. It just strains credulity," Tasini said.
Nonetheless, Clinton and her advisers continue to insist that Wal-Mart has fundamentally changed since her tenure on the board.
Wal-Mart has not changed that much since Clinton's involvement. They have always been anti-worker, anti-health care, anti-woman, anti-union, anti-minority, and anti-American.
Clinton is not a liberal or a progressive. She is a conservative Arkansas housewife who will always vote like a conservative Arkansas housewife.
If you think she will ever take positions that New Yorkers support, you are kidding yourself. She represents no part of New York's political spectrum, not liberals, not moderates, not conservatives. She represents only herself and should be sent out of New York a loser in the coming election.
